wurde primaer zur beschreibung von ActiveChannel und ActiveDesktop komponenten eingesetzt - ich glaub ersteres ist mittlerweile ganz eingestellt und letzteres hat nie ueberzeugen koenne. obwohl am 2001-06-17 ein paar lustige gedanken aufgekommen sind.
