Heh... I didn't even remember the syntax highlighting and online help, but the integrated debugger thing did a lot for the early establishment of my bad programming habits.And all those (lightning fast through hand-optimized CONFIG.SYS, AUTOEXEC.BAT and non-bloated BIOSes) reboots after memory errors... I almost feel like writing a kernel patch to exempt the kernel code from memory protection so that it'll be just like DOS again.
