Cingular $9.99 200 messages + unlimited messages to other cingular subscribers.
Not sure this is much cheaper as I'm only writing <10 messages/month :)

I guess messages are free within the same network more often than not. In any case, I was not really wondering about her mobile phone bill, but about the rate at which she's texting.
