conversion via ffmpeg (ISMAify using mp4box after that):
$ ffmpeg -i INFILE -vcodec mpeg4 -r 25 -b 320k -acodec libfaac -ar 44100 -ab 96k OUTFILE.mp4if source audio is <44.1kHz or <96kbps, drop -ar or -ab, respectively
