.NET b2 changes

as noted while adapting netxr to b2:- System.Net assembly is merged into System
- TCPClient is now called TcpClient
- System.Xml.DocumentNavigator no longer exists. XmlDocument provides the functionality
- int.FromString() is replaced by int.Parse()
- DateTime.Format() is replaced by DateTime.ToString()
XmlRpcClient/Utils build!- System.WinForms is now called System.Windows.Forms
- System.Windows.Forms.AnchorStyles handling changed
- System.Drawing.Color.FromARGB is now called FromArgb
- Menu handling changed (for the better! ;)
