"Rx4RDF is a specification and reference implementation for querying, transforming and updating W3C's RDF by specifying a deterministic mapping of the RDF model to the XML data model defined by XPath."
work with RDF as you would with XML (e.g. thru XSLT and [create XUpdate]). various interesting applications are built on on top of Rx4RDF, like "Racooon" which attempts to be "to RDF what Apache Cocoon is to XML." for example.
