This is the Vienna Backbone Service - not yet another macro virus.They support (as they say it) "experimental data transfer technology" in their backbone. - Should that be reassuring? :-)
Development seems to have stalled in recent months... although it was a good thing in that past nobody knows if this model will have a future.
Since January 22 2002 they even only have a list of participants on their web page and no real info available. - If you want to see the homepage as it was before you can go to http://web.archive.org/web/20011202085425/http://www.vbs.at/.
