"Entry-Level Unicode for XML" is a "'just enough education to perform' guide to Unicode and ISO 10646 for authors of XML parsers and other software that processes XML."

even more, it seems to be a very good guide for anyone concerned with processing Unicode.

Those still wrecking their head with producing RDF in RDF/XML or those wondering what N3, N-Triples and Turtle are about should have a look at Dave Beckett's paper entitled "New Syntaxes for RDF".
