Yes, indeed. GAE compiles a compelling package for modern Wiki experiments, a major part being the niceness that is GAE's datastore and it's API. The datastore is basically purpose-built for loosely structured data which will be the main concern of future Wiki-like tools. I, for one, am looking forward to seeing the ideas sparked by this possibility.
